This is only going to be a short post, but I really wanted to write it. Today I’ve done something huge… I’ve handed in my dissertation!! A lot of research, stress and over 10,000 words later it’s all finished. All that’s left to do now is to graduate and then, for the first time in seventeen years, I won’t be in education any more – and that’s terrifying. What happens now?!
Well, now that I don’t have to feel like I’m procrastinating every time I pick up a book or begin a new blog post, the first thing I’m definitely going to do is get through some of the books on my TBR pile. I have a stack of books ready to read and review, and I can’t wait to devote all my time to it. Until I finish university officially and go into the adult world and get a job (aaah), I can pay a lot more attention to this blog rather than it being secondary to my degree. I can’t wait!!
Beginning tomorrow, I’m going to put a lot more time and effort into my blog and social media and hopefully, I can fulfil my aim (oh god, I’m still in dissertation mode) of building my blog and its readership. And to those who already follow my blog or read my posts – thank you. The best is yet to come!

If you hadn’t noticed already, I LOVE CHRISTMAS. It makes me so happy and it’s definitely my favourite time of year. One thing that I’ve never really been a huge fan of though is Christmas films. I’m pretty fussy with them! I don’t like farcical comedies (Home Alone, for example) and most of the ‘popular’ Christmas films I haven’t even seen (I only watched ‘Elf’ a couple of weeks ago, and I only saw half of that). However, there are three films that I adore and I make sure I watch every single Christmas without fail…
It’s so close to the final! Tomorrow evening we will discover who is this year’s Queen or King of the Jungle in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! In this series, there really have been some ups and downs. From amazing trials to explosive arguments and the starter of all problems (I’m looking at you Lady C), this series has been a lot of fun to watch. The celebrities this week left the jungle feeling ecstatic to be going home and telling tales of terrible food and horrible insects. It got me thinking: how well would I survive in the jungle?
